Introducing Our Charity Vote: Empowering Positive Change
At Cotswold Competitions, we believe in the power of collective action to create meaningful change in the world. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our “Big Comp” Charity Vote initiative. (“Big Comp” = a large competition like a Car)
How It Works:
Every main prize competition run, we set aside 1% of our earnings to donate to charitable organisations making a difference in various causes. The competition must also reach a minimum of 75% of ticket sales in order for us to carry out said donation. But here’s where you come in – we want you, our valued team members, to help us decide which charities receive our support each month. (We plan on increasing this percentage as our client base expands).
Participation:
Participating in the Monthly Charity Vote is simple. At the beginning of each month, we’ll provide a list of carefully curated charitable organizations spanning a range of causes. We also give the option for our customers to enter their own charitable causes (located at the bottom of the polling section (admin approval required)).
Voting Process:
You’ll have the opportunity to cast your vote for the charity you believe aligns most closely with your values. Every vote counts, and the charity with the most votes at the end of the voting period will receive the donation for that competition.
